Central Reservations API Outputs

If you are a group using central reservations, you can now add this functionality to your website via our API! Customers can now search across your estate and select the hotel they want to stay at, similar to popular third-party websites. For full functionality, please watch the video below

Check In/ Out API EndPoints

Check In/ Out endpoints have now been added to our open API. This will allow other software partners to perform the check in/ out action without being logged into the PMS.

Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

• Payments - Minor updates and enhancements

• Booking importer - Additional validation to prevent import errors

• Audit Report - Optimisations and speed improvements

• Settings - Payment Edit setting is not on for everyone at default

• Importer - Minor bug fixes and enhancements

• Booking Engine - Minor bug fixed to the country field

• Express check in - Minor bug fixes and enhancements

• Rates service - Minor bug fixes and enhancements

 

Reservation Check Out Lock:

There are many ways to edit a reservation after a guest is checked out, however, these will be reduced to two single journeys. These two journeys will be adding a new product - to increase the price and adding a discount - to reduce the price.

Furthermore, when a new sale or discount is added to a reservation after it is checked out, the sale date will be recorded as the date of application.
